Quality Improvement and Accreditation Section Head

1. To work with the multidisciplinary team in developing performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency of the organization.
2. To provide leadership for implementing changes targeted at systems improvement; measures and evaluates attainment of results.
3. To build, manage and ensures implementation of continuous quality improvement plan, which will include methodology, philosophy, policies and procedures, and plan with specific, time-bound indicators and targets.
4. To build organizational capacity in performance management and quality improvement by researching, designing, and overseeing the delivery of organization-wide quality training.
5. To provide comprehensive reports on progress on accreditations and quality
6. To establish a monitoring and reporting system that evaluates the impacts of improvement.
7. To provide technical assistance and facilitation of quality improvement project teams and committees.
8. To directs operational activities for quality accreditation. and performance improvement 
9.  Proactively educates leadership and staff regarding policies, accreditation /quality performance activates.

1.An effective communicator with good interpersonal relation/skills.

2.Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel of different disciplines.

3.Fluent in written and spoken both Arabic & English language.

4.Knowledge and ability to apply and to comply with the standards laid down by the approved accreditation standards.

5.Computer literate.
