Job Description
1- Develops and implements policies and procedures related to Patient Transfer and Coordination Section.
2- Assists, organize and coordinates on-going work within the Section.
3- Coordinates patient-related services with medical staff, department heads and chiefs of service.
4- Assists and coordinates with the Coordination and Patients' Transfer Section the transfer of patients to other hospital facilities and to SFHP-D and communicate with them.
5- Assists the Protocol Section in escorting Protocol patients.
6-Solves and handles patient’s problem within the section.
7-Takes instructions and guide directly from the Patient Relation Coordinator.
8- Prepares statistical and other management reports for the Section Heads and Supervisor as required.
9- Participates in any professional activities and maintain knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.
10-Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.
11- Assists patients who attend the hospital, listen, understand their requests, and respond to their needs and requirements.
Skills
1 - Basic knowledge in coordinating theory and practices.
2 -Working knowledge of hospital and public relation.
3 -Working knowledge of budgeting and financial accounts.
4 - Good in verbal and written English and Arabic languages
5 - Must have English Test (STEP or IELTS or TOEFL )
