Job Description
- Monitor and control day-by-day network infrastructure performance and availability;
- Identify incidents and perform initial diagnosis;
- Resolve incidents that is able to resolve e documents solution implemented;
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents with the support of Senior Network Administrator.
- Execute day-by-day activities to maintain network infrastructure availability;
- Install and configure basic network components;
- Assist Senior Network Administrator on project activities such as requirement gathering or designing;
- Provide support for VoIP operations.
- Communicate all pertinent information in a timely manner to the Infrastructure Manager.
- Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.
- Adheres to SFHP-D hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

- Basic Knowledge F5, LTM and GTM
- LAN Knowledge
- Basic Proxy Servers
- Networking Knowledge
- Exposure to VoIP Tech.
