Job Description
1- Provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible.
2- Ensures superior quality of medical treatment , compassion and understanding is given to patient admitted under his/her care.
3- Participate on-call service and ensures availability and response time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with hospital policy.
4- Follows all related hospital policies and procedures.
5- Carries out full range of in-patient and/or outpatient duties as assigned in accordance with individual approved clinical privilege.
6- Refers patients to appropriate specialized clinicians when there is in need for service beyond the training and privilege of the individual.
7-Ensure that the admission notes for all new patients include differential diagnosis, and possible lines of investigations are available.
Skills
.1 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken, English, fluency in Arabic would be of advantage.
.2 Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint presentation, outlook and ward.
.3 Must be emotionally stable and in good physical health.
.4 Essential ability to lead and control multi-culture and multinational staff.
