Job Description
Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees i.e. issuance of visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, Iqamas, transfer of sponsorship.
Computerize expiry dates of employees and their dependents passports and residency permits (iqamas) and take timely action to keep them current in the ERP system.
Prepare paper works for transfer of sponsorship for new hires and in Kingdom release papers for some separating employees and coordinate action with government agencies for timely completion of processes.
Ensure legal status of all working personnel and their dependents.
Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the organization.
Maintain and update all paper works concerning employees’ passports, residency permits and visas.
Prepared to meet with authorities at any time, especially during emergencies with employees and employees’ family members (auto accidents, illness, etc.).
Maintain Teamwork.
Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.
Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Through the chain of command and/or occurrence variance report, identifies any occurrence not consistent with the operation of the hospital or standard of service for patients, employees or visitors and situations that put patients, staff or visitors at risk for injury or other harm.
Skills
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, GOSI, visa processes with solid contacts with the Governmental entities in Saudi Arabia.
Working knowledge of clerical skills.
Good command of Arabic & English Language.
Valid Saudi driving license
Education
Human Resource Management , Business Administration.
