Job Description
1- Develop organizational security strategy plan.
2- Define information security policies & procedures, standards & guidelines of SFHP-D.
3- Engage with end-users to incorporate security as a part of new initiatives.
4-Conduct security audits & track compliance in accordance to security guidelines.
5- Provide SFHP-D staff with security awareness & training sessions.
6-Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the identified security concerns are addressed as rapidly as possible and mitigate any potential threats.
7-Communicate all pertinent information in a timely manner to the ITC Director.
8-Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.
9-Provide comprehensive performance report on systems status and submit to ITC Director on a timely basis.
10- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.
11- Adheres to SFHP-D hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.
12-Perform other duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
